We are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality CPE courses using cutting-edge technology.Position Overview:We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team and take the lead in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their UI design skills and experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital products. This is a full-time position and the UI Designer will report to the Head of Product.Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and business objectives

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI design
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data insights

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or relevant field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI Designer in a tech or software company
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A can-do attitude with a strong passion for design and continuous learning
