Role/ Job Title: Sales Trainer - Turbo Cross Sell Function/ Department: Training Job Purpose: This role is responsible to create innovative, easy to use and striking content for 2k+ learners, spread across different Turbo centers. He/she will be the evangelists for use of new technologies to develop interesting, interactive, engaging and easy to use content, videos, games and simulations to enhance pull learning to support learning through the life cycle of a frontlines. He/she will lead, develop and manage a scalable organization-wide training content for Turbo Cross Sell. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of content designing with a multi-skilled team (curriculum specialists, content designers, SMEs, partners) to develop innovative and engaging learning content, given requirements, scope, business priorities and aggressive timelines. Strategize, Analyze and Implement innovative training solutions for new hire orientation, refreshers, new and existing campaigns that may include learning in any mode, such as Classroom, e-Learning, Digital and Game-based deployed on various platforms. Evaluate learning programs with internal stakeholders and customers, to make appropriate recommendation for improvements, revisions and long-term strategic success of the programs. Design, Produce and Edit written and video content for training programs including interactive tutorials, simulation scenarios, quizzes, etc Engage and Manage vendors in appropriate content development tasks/assignments to ensure that the company receives quality service within the expected timeline and budget. Lead the ideation and development of content materials to support learning. Determine support in instructional design, strategies, assessments, technology and distributed learning across Turbo Centre catering to various learner groups and learning styles. Build the right type of material to solve for the specific business/ team needs, including suggesting alternative training solutions to better suit the needs of the business. Responsible for timely & accurate content development to support seamless launch of any new product, process & systems and E2E new hire training, remedial frontline upskilling with sharp & smart content. Oversee that training solutions incorporate best practices in adult learning theory by monitoring & practicing the latest trends & techniques in adult learning and incorporating them into course designs. Facilitate vendor relationships and manage the development pipeline of work for both internal and external resources. Dive deep into the CXX methodology and play an active role in how the methodology evolves, its impact on our frontlines and their learning & performance. Organize learning materials into a central library resource for leaders and internal teams to use. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. Periodically evaluate on-going programs to ensure that they reflect any changes. Works collaboratively within & across Turbo verticals to analyze, develop & deliver training/ educational programs and activities in line with strategic goals, objectives & policies. Manage direct stakeholder (internal & external) communications and expectations. Manage external content development vendors. Participate in evaluation, selection, testing & implementation of tools, technologies & services to support online and blended learning models. Assist in development of traditional, web-based and multimedia instructional materials to support learning. Assists in appropriate integration of instructional technologies into learning design. Key Success Metrics: NHIP/ LCA/ OJT performance, Sales Productivity as per targets, Quality Score as per targets, Reduction of learning curve, Remedial refresher efficacy. Education Qualification: Graduation: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration / BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) / B.Tech (Bachelor in Technology) / B.E (Bachelor in Engineering). Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) / M.A. (Master of Arts) / MCA (Master of Computer Application) / M.Tech (Master in Technology) / M.E. (Master in Engineering). Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience as Instructional Designer, Content Writing/ Designing & Developing aspects. Certified on Instructional Design & exposure of using e-Learning tool (Articulate Storyline) will be an Add-on.
