- Independently handling critical machine breakdowns in Aluminum conductor plant
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines as well as utilities
- Analyze breakdowns and implement action plans to eliminate them.
- Execute Improvement & Capex projects
- Provide technical guidance & training to the team
- Achievement of departmental KPIs. (PM adherence, MTBF, MTTR, Power saving, Spares cost management, safety)
- Maintain Maintenance related data in SAP & IMS documentation
- Manpower management in the respective shift.
- Reduction in cost related to repairs.
- Hands on experience on VFD's of SIEMENS, Yasakawa, Schneider, Parker, Delta and Kirloskar drives of AC and DC.
- Operational Knowledge of conductor machinery.
- Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skill
- Team Player
- Knowledge of PLC Ladder
- Process oriented and must have knowledge of SAP system.
