The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our mobile accessories and electronic products within the assigned territory (Lucknow), building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in the assigned territory. - Promote and sell company products including power banks, chargers, earphones, neckbands, speakers, etc. - Regularly visit market to ensure product visibility and availability. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. - Gather market intelligence and feedback on products and competitor activities. - Ensure timely collections and maintain proper stock rotation. - Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly. - Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and product launches.Skills Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of sales and marketing - Willingness to travel within the city - Self-motivated and result-oriented - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plusQualifications: - Graduate (any stream) - MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)Perks & Benefits: - Attractive incentive structure - Field exposure and learning opportunities - Career growth in a fast-growing company (ref:updazz.com)
