Our Client is looking for someone to drive business growth by providing valuable consumer and customer insights. You will lead a team responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer and customer behavior, and understanding customer preferences to support data-driven decision-making across various departments.

Lead and mentor the insights and analytics team
Conduct research and analyze consumer behaviour
Utilize global tools and frameworks to analyze and drive customers through the customer journey and identify opportunities for improving custometr experience
Utilize global tools and frameworks to manage customer interactions and build strong customer relationships, customer loyalty and brand value.
Oversee the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.

Work closely with senior stakeholders|To work with one the India's leading Retail organization

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in consumer insights, customer analytics or a related field within the retail industry.
Experience from collaborating with and driving results through many stakeholders and teams
5+ years team leadership
