Collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.5. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all interactions and counseling sessions with prospective students.Qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is preferred.2. Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or telesales is an advantage.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and provide support to individuals.4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.5.
