- Be a recognized expert/SME for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders.
- Act as a lead point of contact for any Customer engagement.
- Manage multiple Customer engagements simultaneously.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with our Clients & Implementation Partners.
- Ability to exhibit value to Customers & Partners adopt and scale in their maturity roadmap.
- Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively to optimize online businesses.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy.
- Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements.
- Review customized solution design and implementation strategies.
- Validate implementation and follow through on issues until resolved.
- Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.
- Identify gaps, highlight risks and document feedback or recommendations basis your assessments in standard artifacts with best-in class quality.
- Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices & recommendations throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate proactively and effectively to Customer/Implementation Partner teams on assessments & recommendations throughout project life cycle.
- Assist with enablement & desk-side coaching to Customer/Partners on product features, ad-hoc technical queries and future optimization roadmap.
- Light manipulation of JavaScript as needed to customize web analytic solutions.
- Interact frequently with Client/Implementation Partner teams - marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives, mainly via conference calls or emails.
- Manage Customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Work and collaborate with Adobe internal teams and Client/Implementation Partners.
- Technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Enable existing/new team members with new product features, project-based learnings and support with any issues or queries.
- Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe DX technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.
- Create and/or leverage strong processes and standardized templates to deliver better quality and timely delivery.
- 6-8 yrs. of overall hands-on experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Digital/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and ACC implementation or a related field.
- Exposure to creating and managing connections and data views in CJA
- Ability to validate and troubleshoot data from various sources within CJA
- Aware of Adobe Analytics Source Connectors and experience in migrations from Adobe Analytics to CJA.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Core concepts or App Services
- Familiarity with WebSDK and MobileSDK implementations
- Basic knowledge of schema and dataset structures in AEP
- Exposure to CJA APIs for automation, data extraction, or integration use cases.
- Hands-on experience building customer journey Campaigns, workflows
- Setting up source connectors and ingesting data.
- Understanding of segments in AEP and leveraging these segments in building journey
- Triggering journeys and activations based on segments and profiles.
- Implementing journey automations, actions and messages and integrating with destinations like CRM, email, etc.
- Experience developing, debugging and optimizing workflows, journey.
- Creating journey templates, editing existing ones and deployment
- Experience in Campaign module (batch and triggered)
- Strong understanding of concepts like multi-channel data management, segmentation, orchestration, automation and personalization.
- Understanding data structures such as - JSON for representing data in APIs, Data Tables for processing tabular data, Streaming data flows.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to APIs, data ingestion, segments, destinations etc.
- Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
- Multi-solution experience in one ore mor AEP App Services – CJA/AJO/CDP.
- Good understanding of integration of Analytics with other Adobe solutions – Analytics, Target, Audience Manager etc. would be plus.
- Should have been in a client facing role in the previous role.
- Solid understanding of online marketing, HTML with Web/Mobile App development experience.
- Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch..
- Strong-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Web Services/APIs skills.
- Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
- Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)
- Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
- Experience presenting in front of various technical and business audiences.
