  • 2-3 years working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
  • Create and update classroom and online courses or trainings in the Learning Management System.
  • Load, test and trouble shoot e-Learning content and liaise with content owner to resolve any issues before publishingEnrolment/Mark attendance of learners for classroom sessions where this has not been carried out online.
  • Research, write, and manage online content including text, images, video, and other media.
  • Edit and publish how-to video/audio content.
  • Design visual solutions that educate and empower users.
  • Create templates for digital assets .
  • Proficiency in Story Boarding
  • Innovate design processes to improve visual appeal and efficiency.
