Role Description:The Scrum Master II serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. Key responsibilities include: Facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Removing impediments and resolving team-level and cross-team dependencies. Promoting Lean-Agile principles and maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration. Coaching teams on self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum practices. Partnering with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Tracking progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
