The role includes content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and community management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing social media strategies to support marketing goals.Schedule and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all social media content.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.Engage with followers to build a strong online community.Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and clicks.Work closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.Strong expertise in social media strategy and campaign management.Experience with social media management tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Experience in basic videography and video editing for social media content.Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube etc)Strong data analysis and reporting skillsKnowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online brandingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
