In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job PurposeThe ideal candidate should have a fair understanding of the overall application ecosystem typically deployed in banks across multiple domains pertaining to digital assets, automation process workflows and core applications along with underlying Infra, DB structure and its interfacing with the upstream and downstream applications.Key Accountabilities
  • This role requires a high level of capability in the overall project management domain to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through successful delivery.
  • Candidate must have strong technology background (mandatorily in banking technology space), proven leadership in project delivery and well versant and hands-on with the project/delivery management tools such as JIRA, etc.
  • Candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, scope, resources, budgets and high degree of internal business stakeholder interaction and will need to have superior communication and influencing skills.
  • A very robust understanding of business processes and systems as well as the ability to organize and prioritize end user issues / requests will be required along with a proven track record in implementation large scale projects in banking domain across enterprise-level landscape.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Working efficiently with IT functional and technical teams as well as business users and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to application design within the system landscape in organization
  • Demonstrating cross functional knowledge to ensure that the optimal system solutions are chosen and delivered utilizing cloud applications and infrastructure where possible.
  • Leading the effort to define, design and maintain system solutions, at the same time, ensuring the reliability, efficiency and confidentiality of data in the business applications.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Managing delivery across multiple internal delivery and product / platform teams and external vendors to ensure end-to-end seamless delivery of the initiatives.
  • Lead the production support function for the delivered application with effective and efficient management on the post-production support processes across applications.
  • Preparation of project plan, senior management presentation, minutes of meeting, etc.
