• Implement CRM into daily operations, aligning with export goals and customer journey mapping.
• Set up domain-specific email marketing campaigns, manage responders, and ensure professional corporate outreach.

• Prior experience in FMCG exports, e-commerce, or brand marketing.
• Hands-on with Canva, CRM tools, email automation platforms, and marketplace integrations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade platforms and export documentation.
• Creative thinker with a structured approach to brand strategy and digital execution.
