This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in the office. About the role: Reporting to the Head of Studio, the Post Supervisor leads our growing team of Editors charged with creating high volume premium long-form Original and Clip based content for our FAST channel/OTT/CTV Business. The Post Supervisor will manage and mentor the entire streaming post-production team of Senior, Mid-Level and Junior Editors, as well as a small team dedicated to clearance editing. You will be the steward of our post workflow operations from edit start through QC and deliverables for our multiple OTT channels and Connected TV platforms. The Post Supervisor will work in close conjunction with the Programming and Production Teams, to ensure effective and timely delivery of all Streaming content. In addition, the Post Supervisor will also assist with the hiring and onboarding of any new staff and freelancers. The Post Supervisor is an operational leader and video expert with excellent technical skills, a strong creative flair, and a deep understanding of short- and long-form video content production. You will be comfortable both giving and receiving creative feedback and ensuring the team is addressing notes in a timely manner. Your day-to-day: Effectively manage and own all Streaming post-production timelines Own post-production schedules for all assigned series and distribute work efficiently among staff and freelance editors Manage and mentor the team across all projects, ensure all new hires are onboarded to follow the systems and protocols, and are set up for success Manage guidelines for freelance editors, ensuring they have access to the proper equipment, drives, websites, resources and plugins to perform their duties Maintain and build upon our roster of freelance talent and vendors Assist the editors with any and all technical troubleshooting Responsible for day-to-day quality control of all finished assets Work with IT to ensure archiving of server, infrastructure needs are met, and remote workflow systems are operational Own post-production workflow on Airtable and ensure the editing team are updating their projects' status as required Maintain master naming guidelines, content assets, protocols and practices Research, create and implement new methods to optimize efficiency of the post team, and develop workflows to improve collaboration between the India and US Teams Other duties as assigned by the Head of Studio, and VP/Creative Requirements: Minimum of 8+ Years in Post-Production, with at least 5 Years in a coordinating and/or supervisory role in a production environment ( digital, production, broadcast, post) Extensive knowledge of production processes, equipment, and software used in video production and editing Extensive roster of editors, colorists, and VFX artists Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Premiere and After Effects, coupled with experience in DaVinci and color grading Deep knowledge of and experience creating and delivering high-performing content for FAST channel/OTT/CTV platforms Open to the ability to adapt to and test AI tools and trends Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. digital media Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Solid leadership skills with the ability to communicate strategy and objectives clearly A disposition for high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels About this team: Part of TMB's Creative organization, the talented producers, videographers, editors, photographers and set stylists who are part of TMB's Video & Production teams produce hundreds of hours of programming for TMB's brands each year.
