Responsibilities: The candidate in this role should acquire an in-depth understanding of each Qualys Cloud App function and operationalization use cases. Work with Product PMs (Product Management) and Engineering to deliver customer use case and improving platform and sensor capabilities Build best practices guide and technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc. Open to work in flexible hours to support internal teams and customers in different geography. Troubleshooting environments and identifying problems and resolutions Bridging the gap between engineering and customer issues, understanding of customer challenges and communicating the value proposition of the Qualys Cloud platform and sensors with specific customer needs. Work closely with the field sales (TAMs) and customers to make the customer accounts successful by providing technical expertise of the Security Engineering, Operations and proposing solutions for customer requirements based on the Qualys Platform and Sensors capabilities. Keep interacting with the industry peers to understand new trends in Security domains, changing/evolving SecOps requirements and identifying potential solutions for partnering for the integrations with Qualys Cloud platforms. Conduct research on the 3rd party tools/solutions, identify and assist in designing the integration considering Qualys Cloud Apps capabilities. Technical Skills: BE/BTech/BCA/MCA from computer science or related field Good understanding and interest in building career in Cyber Security field like Patch Management, Real time scripting, Security Operation Center, AppSec, Vulnerability Management etc. Proficiency with Windows OR Linux Operation System is mandatory. Knowledge and understanding of networking are mandatory.
