Finance, Senior Manager - Finance, Accounts and MIS

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the resort in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
• Supervise general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other tax/statutory returns as per government norms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and variance analysis to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
• Liaison with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and financial approvals.
• Drive internal controls, compliance systems, and risk management frameworks.
• Support operational heads with financial insights and cost-saving recommendations.
• Manage vendor payments, payroll, and ensure timely financial closure of books.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and hospitality accounting standards.

• Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting practices
• In-depth knowledge of GST laws and compliance
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / IDS/ accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Effective communication and coordination with multi-location teams
