- Provides in-depth product support (L1 and L2) to FIS clients by resolving incoming enquiries.
- Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
- Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
- Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning of software applications and recommends corrective action.
- 7-10 years of experience of working as functional/business/Quality analyst and/or Support engineer
- Hands on experience of Cloud (Azure) and on premises product deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience into Dispute management/ Charge back, payments/ card domain - ISO8583 exp required.
- JIRA service desk- Devops, build deployment.
