JR50799 CXL Firmware Architect Key Responsibilities: Drives the firmware architecture definition for Micron CXL memory and work with a team of firmware engineers to translate the definition into actual products. Ability to drive and perform hands-on proof of concepts to gather data and establish clear value propositions to support technical proposals. Ability to perform tradeoff analysis and make recommendations based on understanding of technical and business impacts. Represent Micron CXL firmware team in engagements with other functional teams working on the same project, strategic customers and industry standards to ensure that the products are built to meet the evolving customer requirements. Drive for collaboration across Micron and industry to help deliver a successful and differentiating Micron CXL products. Preferred Experience: Experience in firmware architecture developed on ARM, RISC-V and ARC. Experience in developing modular and scalable firmware architecture for complex memory and storage management. Minimum of 5 years of experience playing a firmware technical leadership role. Good understanding of virtualization and security technologies. Good understanding of memory, storage class memory and storage architecture. Familiarity with management plane stack as BMC, RedFish and associated applications such as telemetry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
