Responsible for Identify and understand transportation business requirements and to ensure a fit of the OpCo with the Global Template.Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributing role where you may need to understand and evaluate the current transportation operation of an OpCo for different modes of transportation, rail, road, and maritime.
- Freight Order Management, Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network, Transportation Mode, Freight Agreement, Tendering
- Knowledge on Agency Business Settlement document
- Transportation Resource Planning (TRP)
- Explain our Global Processes and Template to the OpCo and identify Fit-Gap
- Manage/guard the Global Template (next slide) and in case of an identified local requirement capture detailed business requirements (in a BRD if required)
- Guide the change needed to adapt the local business processes in case there is a deviation from the Global template.
- Liaise with the OpCo and Global functional SMEs about potential Global Template Enhancements and local deviations and the creation of BRD’s.
- Ensure that the master data requirements are clear to the OpCo and that they are collected, cleansed, and aligned with the relevant Heineken MD standards.
- Liaise with other Global functions on the Global Process and Data Standards.

- Graduation/ Masters
- Preferred experience/ exposure in any of the following tools

Blue YonderProject Management, understanding of transportation processes, systems and technologies, cross functional collaboration, Fluent English speaker, additional languages are a plus, building collaborative relationships, influencing skills, managing without control. Deal with uncertainty and challenges constructively.
Communication skills: Transportation subject matter expert should be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Communicates through understanding, influencing and/or serving others.
