Commercial Risk Analysis and Mitigation through Insurance, Legal Contracts, Media Mgmt. Management of Insurance claim submissions & timely claim settlement. L/C opening import and export. Contracting of Large Capital Projects in Government Sector through Tendering. Outsourcing of Long-Term Operational Projects through Tendering. Customer Credit Risks; Credit Limit Sanctions & Monitoring. Business Development, Account Manager for OEM Customer. Reduced Order Processing Cycle Time from Order procurement to Dispatch. Increase in supplier base for better choice, credit and negotiation. Just in time inventory management, changing raw material requirement for abrupt shelf-life products and monitoring obsolete inventory with regular change in production plan of individual models for 100% EOU Units.
