Designation: Audit Consultant
Location: PuneDuration: 3–4 monthsExperience Required: 3–6 yearsJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support risk management and internal audit activities across the organization. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure effective risk assessment, control monitoring, and governance reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal auditors for audit planning, execution, and closure of observations

Update and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in line with business requirements

Conduct discussions with department owners to identify, assess, and review key business risks

Update and monitor the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for various functions

Prepare management presentations/decks for the Audit Committee (AC) and Board Meetings (BM)

Track action points and ensure timely closure of audit and risk-related observations

Support in strengthening internal controls and governance processes

Required Skills:

Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, and audit processes

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualification:

Qualified CA
