- Develop and deliver training programs: Design, develop, and implement effective training modules related to product knowledge and CRM usage, tailored to different employee roles (e.g., sales representatives, customer support, etc.).
- Support new hire onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new and on job training sales employees, helping them quickly integrate into their roles.
- Conduct training sessions: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels of the organization.
- Assess training needs: Collaborate with department heads and management to identify skill gaps and training needs within the sales.
- Create training materials: Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and other supporting documents to assist employees during and after training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate progress: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Provide individual coaching: Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees, assisting them in implementing newly acquired skills in their roles.
- Capable of identifying performance gaps and designing training solutions to address specific challenges.
- Ability to provide individualized coaching and support to employees, helping them improve their sales.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in sales techniques, CRM systems, and industry best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer: The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in delivering sales training programs in various industries.
- Graduation is a must.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and the ability to train employees on CRM usage, data management, and reporting.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proven experience in developing engaging and effective training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and measuring the impact of training.
- Demonstrated flexibility to tailor training programs to meet the needs of various employee roles and adapt training content to changing business requirements.
- Possess strong leadership qualities, work well in a team environment, and collaborate with different departments to achieve common training goals.
- A passion for personal and professional growth, staying updated with industry trends, new training techniques, and best practices.
- 6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 am to 7 pm)
