- Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients or vendors
- Conserves client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the top management by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes (MOMs)
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain the office documentation and filing
- Provides administrative support.
- Able to Travel and visit places for the purpose of office work
