Job Title : Personal AssistantDepartment : AdministratorJob Location : SuratReporting to : CEOJOB PROFILE:
  • Act as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external clients or vendors
  • Conserves client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the top management by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes (MOMs)
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain the office documentation and filing
  • Provides administrative support.
  • Able to Travel and visit places for the purpose of office work
