- Attend to the daily emails (landing & default) and reply to them promptly if possible or forward them to the concerned person.
- Attend to the needs or the complaints of the guests and resolve them if possible or redirect them to the concerned executive.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and printing materials.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel as and when requested.
- Perform other clerical reception duties like filing, photocopying, printing, faxing and scanning.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
