Employment Type: Full-Time---Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage daily sales data, coordinate dispatch activities, and ensure smooth material movement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling truck driver coordination, and supporting supply chain operations efficiently.---Key Responsibilities📊 Sales & Data Management
- Maintain and update daily *sales data and dispatch records*
- Prepare MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and material movement
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry
- Coordinate with truck drivers for timely dispatch and delivery
- Track shipment status and update concerned teams
- Handle delivery follow-ups and resolve transport-related issues
- Ensure proper documentation during dispatch (challans, invoices, etc.)
- Manage material inward and outward entries
- Maintain stock records and inventory updates
- Verify material quantity before dispatch
- Support warehouse/store operations as required
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
- Ensure smooth execution of dispatch schedules
- Maintain proper communication between internal teams and transporters
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics Operations
- Experience in Sales Data Management & MIS Reporting
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
