The individual will work closely with the MD and Strategy team in assisting MD in managing regulatory audits / compliances, representations to regulatory bodies, Board and shareholders; as well as in liaising with various units within the organization on various initiatives of importance.Overall Job Description?Work closely with MD & CEO to oversee regulatory and compliance related matters.
?Assist the MD in regulatory audits / compliances, engagement with the regulatory bodies, Board of Directors etc.
?Work with stakeholders within the Bank as well as external stakeholders to drive actionables and manage key initiatives
?Bring external insights basis scan of macro-economic environment, best practices in corporate governance, benchmarking of competitive landscape and developments in the industry.
?Be part of reviews of key business units and functions along with MD & CEO and help crystalize and drive action agenda with each of the business / functional units.
Key Skills: CA/ Tier 1 MBA
3-4 years of professional experience and at-least 1-2 years of experience in banking and financial services (either in similar role or as a consultant)
