About the role As Company Secretary and Financial Analyst your role will provide accurate and timely Management Information along with relevant inferences/conclusions to the Top Management, manage secretarial and statutory compliance requirement of the company and develop systems and process towards the capture and analysis of relevant financial information towards ensuring, sound and informed decision making by the stakeholders. Responsibilities: Secretarial Compliance: organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs) maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries; monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action; Filing of necessary forms on the MCA portal. liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors; developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements. Drafting and vetting of agreements ,contracts and documents. Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly MIS Including P & L account, Balance sheet and Cash flow with relevant financial analysis. Financial reporting as per Indian Accounting Standards and agreed schedules. Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities. Manage the preparation of the company's budget together with group finance team. Long term forecast and cash flow planning Working together with group finance team for preparation of accounts. Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual result Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company. Requirements: Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience Well conversant with Indian Accounting Standards and Secretarial Laws. Should have worked on accounting software like Tally prime or Netsuite etc. Excellent drafting skills including drafting of agenda ,resolutions ,minutes, reports, agreements etc. Should have basic understanding of Capital Market, Stock Broking Regulations etc. Analytical Approach Strong work ethics Adapting and flexible approach towards learning new systems and operational procedures.
