
Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales

- Acquire LAP customers through DSA channels while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and onboard high-potential DSAs and maintain strong working relationships.Sales & Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets.
- Monitor and drive business volumes in a competitive market, maintaining a healthy pipeline.Credit & Risk Coordination:
- Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and disbursal.
- Perform initial screening of customer financials and property documents before file submission.Market Intelligence & Relationship Management:
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders.Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure thorough KYC, property valuation, and legal documentation as per company standards.
- Adhere to audit requirements, regulatory norms, and internal processes.Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate (minimum qualification)Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LAP/Home Loan/SME Lending in the Banking or NBFC sector as a full-time permanent employee.Skills:
