Leading architecture and design discussions for scalable Power Platform solutions
Developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF components
Integrating Power Platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems
Guiding junior engineers and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices
Ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across developed applications
Driving DevOps alignment by implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value
Contributing to solution roadmap planning and enhancement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
8+ years in software development, 4+ years with Microsoft Power Platform
Expertise in Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse
Hands-on experience with Custom APIs, Plugins, Connectors, and PCF
Strong understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid
Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
Good communication and team leadership skills
