- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various job portals, networking platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
- Coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely and successful placements by aligning candidate expectations with client requirements.
- Meet or exceed assigned recruitment targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring goals within deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and t7job portals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
