About the role The purpose of this role is to achieve consistently high levels of client advocacy by supporting the business in the development and maintenance of timely reports that provide insight into the operations of the business. The role will require the successful applicant to be a creative thinker whose analysis will provide insights that drive improvement in efficiency and effectiveness for key business processes. What the role offers: An opportunity to operate in: One of the largest and fastest growing sectors of the Australian superannuation market The largest operator in the SMSF administration industry, and one that is looking to transform the SMSF sector by growing our market share in the administration and software solutions for SMSFs Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators Reporting & Operational Intelligence: Develop and maintain a suite of regular reports on PBI and measures that accurately reflect the performance data and chart against defined parameters. Production of ad-hoc reports from SQL and make available to the management on a demand/need basis. Provide detailed analysis and insightful recommendations to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness for key business processes. Optimize the use of systems and tools to analyze information in an efficient and timely manner. Confirm data integrity used to support insights for key business processes and customer satisfaction. Develop, maintain and provide insight on business measure of customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of SQL server agent is a plus. Teamwork: Working closely with stakeholders (onshore and offshore) to ensure comprehensive reporting and analysis is available in a timely manner. Supporting stakeholders by providing relevant insight into statistical data Working effectively with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Communicating clearly with your team, your leader and stakeholders around projects, priorities and progression of work Taking action that respects the needs and contributions of others. Essential Experience & Qualifications SQL and data analysis (Required) (2-3 years) PowerBI experience including DAX and Power Query (Required) (1-2 years) Advanced Excel (including MACRO) and database skills (1-2 years) ETL (SSIS or any other tool - Good to have) Knowledge in data and statistical analysis (Required) Process Improvement experience. Strong analytical and logic building skills with detail orientation. Effective communication skills
