These systems are deployed in industries such as power plants, cement, steel, chemicals, refineries, manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure projects.The product portfolio includes axial fans, centrifugal fans, cooling tower fans, and customized engineered solutions designed to deliver high airflow efficiency, reliability, and low lifecycle costs while complying with noise, safety, and energy-efficiency standards.

Own the complete commercialization of the Industrial Cooling Fans product portfolio, including new variants and upgrades.
Capture customer and market requirements and translate them into robust product specifications.
Drive product roadmap covering standardization, customization, cost optimization, and performance enhancements.

Develop and execute a comprehensive market segmentation and go-to-market strategy for industrial cooling fans.Partner with Sales teams for customer visits, technical discussions, bid support, and RFQ/RFP responses.Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and key industrial customers.Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Finance for continuous product improvement.Lead cross-functional reviews to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.Your Experience Should Be...

BE / BTech - Mechanical Engineering (preferred) with 10-15 years of experience in product management, engineering, or project management.
Strong exposure to industrial fans, HVAC equipment, cooling systems, rotating equipment, or turbomachinery.
Experience in managing engineered-to-order (ETO) and standard product portfolios.
Sound understanding of industrial applications, airflow dynamics, noise control, and energy-efficiency requirements.
Proven ability to launch new products and drive product lifecycle management.
Strong commercial acumen including costing, pricing, and margin management.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
