Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for aSenior Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical)Your future roleLead and oversee all emergency and routine repair activities for plant equipment within the assigned area.Review and prioritize work orders, allocating tasks to maintenance personnel based on urgency and skill requirements.Plan and schedule maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.Coordinate fabrication and modification work for machines, tools, and equipment to support equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.Manage and execute all preventive maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of PM work orders.Assign preventive maintenance tasks according to priority, complexity, and technician capabilities.Audit completed maintenance work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with operational standards.Promote and enforce safe work practices across all maintenance operations.Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate safety updates, recurring equipment issues, and daily task assignments.Ensure maintenance work areas adhere to 5S and plant housekeeping standards, maintaining a safe and organized workplace.Your profileBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering15 - 18 years of experience of handling maintenance of Expertise in Hydraulics & Pneumatics troubleshooting, foundry or machining experience is preferred3-5 years of supervisory experienceStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to work in Matrix OrganizationConflict ManagementStrong analytical and quantitative competenciesUnderstands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problemsEffectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership teamPossesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasksEqual Opportunity StatementMaxion Wheels maintains a written and widely distributed policy on equal employment opportunity.
