- Collaborate with grade-level teams and subject coordinators to ensure curriculum coherence and consistency.
- Communicate regularly with parents through reports, meetings, and updates to support student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in English or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience teaching English in a primary school setting.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with learning challenges.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology (e.g., Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).
- Passion for child-centered pedagogy and a commitment to holistic student development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid teaching certification from the State Board of Education (TSBIE) or equivalent.
