- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and facility repairs.
- Manage office assets, inventory, and office equipment maintenance.
- Manage canteen operations to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and nutrition for employees.
- Oversee catering vendors, menu planning, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide employee support services to improve workplace experience and address grievances related to admin services.
- Manage employee transport logistics, including route optimization, vendor management, and driver compliance.
- Ensure safety compliance for all company vehicles and personnel transportation.
- Lead security operations, including overseeing security guards, access control, and CCTV monitoring across all shifts.
- Ensure emergency response readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, caterers).
- Maintain vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), evaluate performance, and process payments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, statutory compliances, and local regulations relevant to factory administration.
- Maintain accurate legal records, permits, and licenses for the facility.
- Prepare, monitor, and control the administration budget, focusing on cost optimization and reducing wastage.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure financial accountability.
- Coordinate on-site corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee guest house management and hospitality for visitors.
- Education: Mandatory MBA in Human Resources (MBA-HR) or Master of Personnel Management (MPM).
- Experience: 6–10 years of experience in administration, preferably within a manufacturing plant/site environment.
- Leadership: Strong team management abilities to lead a team of support staff.
