Sales & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential customers across industrial, EPC, and project-based
organizations
Promote PPE products through site visits, demos, and sales presentations
Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
Build, manage, and expand the dealer and distribution network
Manage and grow key accounts
Product Expertise & Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with industry trends and PPE regulations
Understand technical specifications and use-cases of offered products
Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply for timely deliveries
Gather competitor intel and customer feedback for strategic planning
Customer Service:
Provide end-to-end support including product selection, order management, and after-
sales service
Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams Maintain regular follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
Analyze performance trends and contribute insights to sales strategy
Share feedback with management on pricing, product range, and client preferences
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: DME/DCE/Any Graduate/MBA preferred
Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, preferably in PPE, fire safety, EPC, or industrial
products
Age Group: 25–35 years
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Product knowledge in PPE and industrial safety
CRM and basic IT proficiency
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel frequently
