Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
 Identify and engage potential customers across industrial, EPC, and project-based
organizations
 Promote PPE products through site visits, demos, and sales presentations
 Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
 Build, manage, and expand the dealer and distribution network
 Manage and grow key accounts
Product Expertise & Market Intelligence:
 Stay updated with industry trends and PPE regulations
 Understand technical specifications and use-cases of offered products
 Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply for timely deliveries
 Gather competitor intel and customer feedback for strategic planning
Customer Service:
 Provide end-to-end support including product selection, order management, and after-
sales service
 Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams Maintain regular follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Reporting & Analysis:
 Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
 Analyze performance trends and contribute insights to sales strategy
 Share feedback with management on pricing, product range, and client preferences
Qualifications & Experience:
 Education: DME/DCE/Any Graduate/MBA preferred
 Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, preferably in PPE, fire safety, EPC, or industrial
products
 Age Group: 25–35 years
Skills Required:
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
 Product knowledge in PPE and industrial safety
 CRM and basic IT proficiency
 Self-motivated and able to work independently
 Willingness to travel frequently
