Functions Ensure execution and handover of all residential projects. All resources
including materials and equipment's reach at the site to ensure smooth
start of the project.
Efficiently liaising and coordinating with consultants, architect, purchase
department and contractors while ensuring profitability and project
deliverables
Supervision, checking & coordination of plumbing works at site &
ertification of respective measurement.
Liaising and coordinating with Local GOVT authority like Fire department,
Electrical department, Municipal Corporation for NOC and other approval.
Coordination with Local Administration for smooth operation of project.
Ensure Completion of Project with Zero Accident and Zero Defect.Any Grads but Preferabbly Dip / BE in CivilOver 20 years Exp in Residential Projects.
