Job Description:Job Title: Quality Assurance Salesforce Designation: QA LeadLocation: Mph-DLF IT PARK, Chennai, INJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead with a strong focus on Salesforce QA, particularly in Integration Testing using REST and SOAP APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through rigorous testing methodologies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, focusing on integration testing.
Perform thorough testing of REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality within the team.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices in QA methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce QA, with a focus on Integration Testing.
Proficient in testing REST and SOAP APIs, with a solid understanding of web services.
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Salesforce QA or related areas are a plus.
