Role Description This is a full-time IT Support role with a salary of 12k, located in Kolkata metropolitan area. As an IT Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the organization's employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, and maintaining IT documentation. This is an on-site role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software Experience in troubleshooting technical issues Good understanding of network protocols and connectivity Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with IT systems and procedures Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and accuracy Customer-oriented attitude Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields would be beneficial.
