This role requires strong organizational skills, pipeline awareness, and the ability to manage fast-paced creative workflows.Key Responsibilities -

Track shot progress, schedules, and artist allocations
Maintain production trackers and reporting tools
Coordinate reviews, feedback implementation, and deliveries
Communicate across Artists, Supervisors, Vendors and Production Team
Flag schedule risks and support milestone planning

Specific Skill Set :

2-3 years' experience in VFX/Animation production
Working knowledge of ShotGrid, FTrack, or similar tools
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Clear communication and time-management skills
Ability to work in deadline-driven environments
