Job Title: Fleet ExecutiveLocation: Surat (Parvat Patiya)Experience: 3-6 YearsEducation: ITI/Diploma/BE-B.Tech (Automobile/Electrical/Electronics)CTC: 3.60 to 4.20 LPAKey Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Breakdown Management: Take full ownership of handling all vehicle breakdown cases promptly and efficiently with the support of technicians and helpers. Maintain accurate records of each case using the Evify App and job cards. Ensure that vehicles undergo proper servicing and are in perfect condition before being reassigned to riders or the Operations team.
  • Material and Vehicle Management: Monitor the consumption and interchange of spare parts, equipment, batteries, and vehicles. Plan requirements in advance and place orders for spare parts and equipment proactively. Ensure GPS devices are functional and correctly assigned to vehicles, and confirm that number plates are in place before vehicles are allotted to riders or the Operations team.
  • Virtual Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support via calls or digital platforms, assisting riders or team members in resolving minor issues without the need for on-ground intervention.
  • Field Support Deployment: Assess cases where virtual troubleshooting is insufficient and arrange timely on-site assistance through technicians or helpers.
  • Roadside Assistance: Coordinate and ensure prompt roadside support to minimize vehicle downtime and avoid disruption to delivery operations.
  • Team Scheduling: Manage weekly offs and duty schedules of technicians and helpers, maintaining optimal workforce availability while ensuring fairness and compliance with shift planning.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline issue resolution, maintain service quality, and maximize operational efficiency across all the hubs in city.
  • Reporting & Accountability: Maintain detailed records of active vehicles, breakdown cases, batteries, chargers, resolutions provided, and turnaround times. Ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in all operational processes. Have to maintain data of warranties and insurance as well as need to handle the claims when it occurs. Hands on experience of MS Office and Google sheets are mandatory.
EV and Team handling experience is mandatory. Once in a week they have to take part in Night counting of all assets across the city (i.e. Batteries, Vehicles, Chargers etc.)
