  • The Onboarding Executive provides security administration functions relating to the employment and termination of users for multiple clients.
  • Responsible for proactively managing high severity and priority incidents from identification to resolution.
  • Work as a team with Technical Support Executive, OC, and L3 to modify restricted applications and resolve incidents.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities:
  • Perform security administration functions for user access, data access, and remote access.
  • Work with customers via online helpdesk system, telephone and remote support tools to on/offboard employees.
  • Work closely with client HR and Legal departments to ensure accurate processing of new hires, terminations, reverse terms, name changes, etc.
  • Work with Technical Support Specialists to troubleshoot and resolve client access issues in onboarding applications.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions in team discussions.
  • Communicate with client management regarding client requirements for on/offboarding functions.
  • Perform resolution and tracking of incidents in accordance with IT Service Desk procedures.
  • Complete other duties or tasks as assigned.
  • Document all incidents, outages, status, and resolutions in problem management tool in accordance with IT Service Desk procedures.
  • Proactively utilize IT resources to remain current with technology used in the company IT environment.
Providing technical support to clients, including problem determination, resolution, and escalation as needed * Proactively managing high severity and priority incidents from identification to resolution
  • Collaborating with other internal/external IT resources to identify problems and restore services
  • Assisting customers via online helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools to diagnose technical issues related to PC operating systems, applications, network, servers, and peripherals
  • Resolving and tracking incidents with network, servers, PC operating systems, applications, and peripherals in accordance with IT Service Desk procedures
  • Performing security administration functions for user access, data access, and remote access
  • Issuing timely, accurate, and professional company-wide notification regarding incidents impacting the user community
  • Documenting all incidents, outages, status, and resolutions in accordance with IT Service Desk procedures
  • Proactively utilizing IT resources to remain current with technology used in the company IT environment.
  • Completing other duties or tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Exp: Fresher to 2 Years
Education: B.Sc Comp Science, BCA GraduatesSkills Required:
  • IT Service Desk Experience .
  • Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written) & Good Attitude
  • Ability to Grasp, Understand Business process
  • Analytical & Logical skills
  • Willing to work in various Shifts may include Weekends, Evening, Holidays & 3rd shift support on rotation basis.
