The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability.Must have4-6 years hands-on experience on the force.com platform, understanding of key SFDC design and architectural concepts, in-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of SFDC CRM application.Experience with maintaining managed packages in salesforce such Conga , DocuSign is plus.Experience with Conga CLM is required and must be familiar with complex X-Author template development.Experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Salesforce.Experience integrating Salesforce with different systems using Web Services (REST) or middleware.Experience with Salesforce Event-Driven Architecture.Good understanding about the deployment techniques and change management. Excellent software development and object-oriented design fundamentalsSalesforce development experience including strong working knowledge and ability to code in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes, and web services), VisualForce, Lightning, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, andStrong knowledge of Salesforce applications including configuration, process builders, flows, and database designAbility to anticipate and produce design applications that work with governor limits and scale appropriately.Who you areGraduate/Post graduate in BE/Btech, ME/MTech or MCA is preferred.Excellent communication and prioritization skills.Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologiesDon’t meet every single requirement?
