As a Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics– You will be responsible for work on various business initiatives that contribute to Synchrony Financial growth and productivity objectives which includes work on different variety of tools like SAS, Tableau, etc for reports, key metrics and giving insights to the business on operational data. The role also involves in supporting other teams, identifying the process for automation, and streamlining them independently and are delivered on time.This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Champion CustomersMaintain quality of output in Operations reporting and by ensuring accuracy & timely delivery of reports and projectsProduction of reports as per the frequency without any missesDocument and maintain SOPs for Operations reporting processesAct As OwnersMaintain and track ticket closures which are assignedDocument and maintain issue tracker.
