Job Purpose:Support Sales & Marketing team on developing and producing high quality visualizations for tender bid, and marketing in the most timely and accurate manner.A glimpse of your daily mission:Produce renderings and animations for proposal bids and marketing based on Haworth brand guidelines.Handle larger scale and complex projects for rendering & animation work.Prepare a storyboard before production stage of animation.Enhance final visuals using photo/video editing applications in post-production stage.Work with Sales, Product Development & Marketing team to understand the project requirements/expectations.Work collaboratively with other visualization artists & designers.Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers on liaison with all markets.Create 2D & 3D assets based on the project requirements and Haworth brand guidelines.Ensure all client deliverables are met on a timely basis with consistency and high-quality standards.Continuously improve workflows and processes.Share best practices, identify process improvement and operational waste reduction.Maintain Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings & animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.Update project status to supervisors in the daily stand-up/virtual meeting.Your requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and animation.Able to create high-quality rendering images & animations.Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Forest Pack Pro.Experience in motion graphics/2D animation is a plus.Experience in using animation tools in Unreal Engine is a plus.Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to think conceptually and have a great eye for details.Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a details personality.Ability to multitask and must be able to work independently as well as in collaborative team environment and take direction.Self-motivated, very organized, have a good communication and time management skills.Capable of completing work on or ahead of schedule.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Must possess artistic talent and creativity.Up-to-date with latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.About us:Haworth is one of the world's largest manufacturers of office furniture, providing solutions for tomorrow's customers worldwide.
