
Deputy Manager - Install Base service Engineer - Secure Power

- Perform and oversee on-site UPS maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using specialized tools and methodologies.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and support business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate service documentation including reports and logs.
- Prepare scope of work based on site audits and propose effective solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols when working with electrical systems.
- Provide 24/7 service support as required.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least 5 service engineers.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UPS systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Proven experience in team handling and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems and power distribution.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
