Responsibilities :-- Regular inspection of inprocess / Finished goods as per Crompton Quality assurance plan and identifying gaps in manufacturing systems / quality systems and guiding/ monitoring the improvements for same.- Take corrective & preventive actions to eliminate the quality problems in the products through indepth analyses of data.- Product quality improvement projects design/ quality /process improvements projects.- Conduct regular audits - Process/ Product/ Layered/ VQP- Support NPD for N10, N100 and ensure documentation thereof.- Indepth analysis of quality issues in market / PPR analysis, market visits, identification of top defects, RCA, CAPA & effectiveness thereof.- Tracking of quality parameters - internal as well as external, vendor wise, product category wise, identification of projects, handholding of vendors, regular reviews, etc.- Implementation of Crompton systems/ policy's at vendors end. Regular Audits, identification & bridging the gaps.- Coordination with all stakeholders for highlighting and resolving issues proactively.- Support NPD at vendors and ensure all quality improvement actions are being taken care of.- Keep proper records / documentation as per Crompton quality system requirements.
