- Formulating tender packages and providing quotations, catalogues, and samples
- Obtaining approvals and clearances from clients
- Negotiation, follow-up, and getting orders
- Providing proforma invoices, getting purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries
- Reporting project progress to clients and architects
- Customer relationship management and MIS reports
- Discussing payment terms and settling disputes
- Graduate from a reputed college or university
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably 2.5 crore in a year)
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong business intelligence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Fluent English (level 4/5)
- Knowledge of office chairs
- Experience selling modular and office furniture
- Experience selling through GEM
- Experience selling in CPWD and PWD
- Travel not required
