Key Responsibilities:1. Manage & grow OEM accounts (AC & Refrigerator OEMs like Voltas, LG, Samsung, Daikin, etc.)2. Build strong relationships with Purchase, Engineering, Quality & SCM teams3. Act as single point of contact for commercial discussions4. Handle RFQs, costing, submissions & convert to long-term orders5. Drive new business & project nominations in HVAC/Refrigeration components6. Coordinate new part development, sampling, PPAP & SOP launches7. Achieve sales targets; improve margins, pricing & volumes8. Support negotiations, price revisions & cost reduction initiatives9. Ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery & issue resolution10. Track market trends, competitors & provide forecasts to managementKey Skills:1. OEM sales experience in HVAC/Refrigeration2. Knowledge of HVAC components (sheet metal, copper, aluminum, plastic, rubber)3. RFQ costing, negotiation & project coordination4. Strong communication & customer management skills (ref:updazz.com)
