Work Location:Experience : 15+ Years Relevant Experience 10 + YearsResponsibilities and Duties:1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To own end to end IT Infrastructure Architecture, Design and Implementation.2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESDesign and implement complex IT Infrastructure Services.
Should Design and implement information systems that support an enterprise infrastructure
Should address any issues related to ICT Server, Storage, Backup, Network, Security etc. performance.
Should take charge of the software and hardware installations, specification, testing and service transition.
Should be able to identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses.
Should guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management.
Should Analyze existing systems to ensure that these systems provide the necessary security Standards
Should make certain that overall system performance meets client expectations.
Understand customer business requirement, Evaluate technology, market trends and design right solution for business.
Should utilizing IT knowledge and analyze the system s needs.
Should introduce alternative technologies to improve or enhance client information systems to support organizational goals.
Provide the necessary technical infrastructure for the development of new infrastructure technologies and system requirements.
Provide Efficient solution and implementation either private, Hybrid or Public Cloud infrastructure.
formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core infrastructure
evaluate the new system that has been integrated into the client infrastructure
Work with Customer in understanding their future technology roadmap
Participate in architect board (governance structure) and lead IT strategies, take/give design approvals
Work with Operations track leads, service delivery managers to understand existing pain
Should be able to assess operational risks and help team finding right mitigations, run service improvements
Propose new technology/solutions to customer to optimize/automate the Infrastructure environment
Ensure optimal governance structure and comply with activities related to infrastructure architecture adherence
Ensure documentation is updated of entire architecture design and evaluation work3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge in Infrastructure including Compute, Storage/Backup, Network and Security Infrastructure hosted either in on premises or public cloud.
Good team management.
Should be a mentor to team of subject matter expert in Infrastructure technologies.
Should have experience in hardware and asset bill of material validation for end to end IT infrastructure.
Mentor and Guide team and influence them to adapt new technology and solution.4. KEY BUSINESS CHALLENGES
