- Ensure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and rooms availability
- Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
- Ensure that the various monthly statistical reports are generated and assist in the development of occupancy forecasts for the annual budget.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Flexibility in handling varying reservation demands, dealing with last-minute changes, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Should be well versed with Opera
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques can be an asset, aiding in upselling rooms or packages to guests.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, or customer service roles is highly valued
- Pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
